The document is the first two years of the resolution on the Syrian subjects, which are not in the Security Council and was vetoed . Moreover, the current document is adopted unanimously. Also agreed upon and schedule for destruction of chemical weapons .
The Security Council has threatened tough measures in case of violation of the agreements , however, stressed that the use of force must be authorized separately. The document condemns the use of chemical weapons in Syria, but does not assign blame to any of the parties to the conflict , said " Russian service of the BBC ."
Telephone conversation between U.S. President Barack Obama and Iranian leader Hassan Rouhani was the first in 34 years of telephone contact between the two leaders . It took place at the initiative of the Iranian side. The White House said that the conversation was warm and lasted a total of 15 minutes.
During the conversation, the two leaders expressed their determination to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue through peaceful means.
